About the role

IT Recruitment Specialist's main responsibility is to understand the specific needs of each role, create job postings, and find best fit candidates.

As a part of our IT People & Culture agile team, you will have a chance to implement and impact the whole recruitment process, but also have a freedom to participate in various other People & Culture topics such as: employer branding, onboarding, agile performance management, IT internal communication, tech career development, building learning community, well-being, etc.

What you'll be doing

  • Finding and attracting new IT candidates through different sourcing platforms
  • Pre-selection of candidates whose skills match for specific position
  • Processing the applications through the referral program
  • Creating and collaborating on employer branding campaigns, and various initiatives for development of people and culture in IT
  • Monitoring new talent acquisition trends in order to attract and retain best IT talents
  • Implementing an IT platform for developing talents and managing their skills
  • Planning, monitoring and reporting on IT talent capacity
  • Participating in talent recruitment strategy

What you'll need

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in recruiting
  • Knowledge of IT technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactivity and ease to connect with people inside and out of bank
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in IT company
  • Knowledge of agile principles
