About the role
As the Product Owner for our Free Data team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and transforming usage of data in Risk Management, Finance and Reporting. You will be responsible for leading data management initiatives, including development, maintaining and improvements of algorithms and systems, data bases, data quality and availability for effective risk management and internal and external reporting. Working closely in the agile team where business and IT experts jointly work together on wide range of tasks from different areas and with other cross-functional teams, you will drive the product strategy, define the product roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve greater opportunities for data driven steering.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, developers to translate business requirements into clear user stories and product specifications
- Represent the interests of stakeholders through team vision and prioritized backlog
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall objectives
- Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, user impact and technical feasibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress and gathering feedback
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate the success of product features and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and regulatory changes, conduct user feedback analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
What You’ll Need
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Be familiar with the data systems, reporting processes and data quality management processes
- Have a basic understanding of process development, technologies and concepts needed for developing data solutions
- Possess good communication skills, a structured approach to problem-solving and a tendency for strategic thinking
- Show enthusiasm for learning, taking on challenging tasks and trying out new methods and approaches
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience on leading position as Product Owner, project lead or team lead is an advantage
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage
